Raji people The Raji people are a community found in Uttarakhand, India. ==Social status== , the Raji people were classified as a Scheduled Tribe under the Indian government's reservation program of positive discrimination. As of 2001, their population in India is 1,515 while the population in Nepal is 2,410. This includes the Van Rawat who speak a closely related language and intermarry with the Raji.
